After suffering an unexpected batting collapse in the early half of the first innings, Islamabad United managed to make a comeback in the 15th match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Wednesday, and their fast bowler, Faheem Ashraf played a crucial role in doing so. The all-rounder played a valiant 27-run knock on a difficult-looking pick in Abu Dhabi, which helped Islamabad United to reach a respectable total of 143/9 in 20 overs.
However, Qalandars were desperate to get an early wicket in the second innings and Faheem Ashraf didn’t disappoint. After Lahore Qalandars got off to a decent start, the 27-year-old completely bamboozled Fakhar Zaman with a seam-up full-length delivery which stuck on the pitch.

The left-handed batsman completely missed the ball in an attempt to score a boundary as the ball ended up uprooting the off-stump. The lights lit up as Shadab Khan and his men got the all-important breakthrough and it got them back into the game. themselves back into the contest.
While Faheem Ashraf certainly deserved to celebrate the wicket, it was his hilarious reaction that caught everyone’s attention. The all-rounder looked absolutely surprised, probably with how Zaman failed to read the delivery completely. He couldn’t stop himself from smiling as he clapped in appreciation of his own bowling.

Islamabad United celebrated when Ashraf clean bowled Zaman. While they praised Rana jeeee (Ashraf) for his fantastic delivery, they also did not miss the opportunity to troll Fakhar Zaman as they tweeted, “Wo Gaya Fakhar” after this dismissal.

After Zaman started off the innings with two consecutive boundaries, he looked out of sorts after that as a difficult stay at the crease ended on 9 runs off 15 deliveries.
