With his slow ball, precise yorker, and ability to move the ball in either direction, Bumrah has everything a top-tier fast bowler needs,” Glenn Maxwell added, underscoring Bumrah’s technical prowess and versatility.

Since his international debut on January 23, 2016, against Australia, Bumrah has amassed impressive stats, with 173 wickets in 40 Tests, 149 in ODIs, and 89 in T20Is. As he gears up to lead India’s attack in the upcoming five-Test Border-Gavaskar series against Australia, Bumrah’s track record in Australia also adds weight to his reputation.
