India celebrates their Republic Day on 26 January each year, since the Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950. While the whole country is celebrating their 69th Republic Day, Indian cricket family also shared their reactions through their social media accounts.

The legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar wrote, “Warm Republic Day greetings to all Indians. On this special occasion, let’s take a collective step forward, towards a strong, healthy and prosperous India. Jai Hind! #HappyRepublicDay2019”

Former Indian attacking opening batsman Virender Sehwag posted his saluted picture and wrote, “May our hearts continue to beat for Bharat and the Josh remain high forever. #HappyRepublicDay2019”
