Seasoned Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has termed the former Indian skipper MS Dhoni a ‘Champion’ during the Q&A session conducted by the ICC on their official Twitter account.
During a Question and Answer session, a fan asked Bhajji to describe MS Dhoni in a word, Harbhajan Singh, who is also India’s ambassador for the Champions Trophy 2017, called Dhoni a ‘Champion.’ He said, “I would like to describe MS Dhoni in one word Champion.”
After being asked which teams do he think can qualify for the semi-finals of the CT 2017, Indian turbanator replied, “My semifinalists would be India, England, Australia and South Africa. I think these are the top 4 sides. I am not taking anything away from New Zealand and Pakistan but I think these are the four teams that will go forward in the tournament.”
The third question asked by a fan was the best and Harbhajan Singh’s answer was related to his own position. A fan asked him to pick his favorite spinner in the on-going CT 2017 tournament and the offie quickly answered South African spinner, Imran Tahir. Later, Harbhajan said that he also enjoys India’s Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja’s spin bowling.
Harbhajan Singh concluded, “My favorite spinner in this tournament is Imran Tahir. I think he will be taking more number of wickets than any other spinner. But I do like to see R. Ashwin also playing the game and Jadeja also doing well for India. So these are the three guys I am backing.”
