After both departed in quick succession, it was left to Hardik Pandya and Riyan Parag to keep the momentum going. However, amidst India’s batting onslaught, a comical moment unfolded on the field, much to the amusement of fans.

Pandya got an inside edge, causing the ball to trickle towards wicketkeeper Litton Das. By this time, Riyan Parag had already committed to the run, making his way halfway down the crease, while Pandya remained stationary. Litton, sensing a chance, picked up the ball and attempted a throw to the non-striker’s end.
