Coming off a thumping whitewash of Bangladesh in the Test series, India now gears up to warm up in some T20s. The Men in Blue are all set to face Bangladesh, led by Najmul Hossain Shanto, in a three-match T20I series that will begin this Sunday. The first match here will be played at the newly constructed stadium in Gwalior.
The Indians, under the guidance of the strike-fast man Suryakumar Yadav, have been working hard in their nets as it was seen in fielding drills wherein batsmen Hardik Pandya, and others underwent some high-intensity work under the glance of fielding coach T Dilip. The Indians are fine-tuning their fielding acuteness – a split clip on BCCI’s official X, formerly Twitter, shows the players honing their accuracy in run-out drills.
