In a hilarious incident, a man named Hardik Pandya mistakenly received an email for check-in to the hotel room where Team India are staying ahead of the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023. The Indian cricket team reached Guwahati in Assam, to play the scheduled warm-up games in a bid to give their finish touch to their preparations for the marquee event.
As part of the usual ritual, teams after landing at the airport, move swiftly to check in to their allotted accommodation arranged by the Board for Control of Cricket in India (BCCI). Consequently, players are sent emails by top hotel chains regarding their check-in details which assist in a smooth transition to their respective rooms.

A fun exercise would be to make an NFT of the screenshot of the mail, and charge every news outlet that’s going to splash this photo on their websites if this tweet goes viral 🙂
