Gautam Gambhir also took to X to share his feelings about his new role. He expressed his honour and enthusiasm for rejoining the Indian team in a different capacity.

Following this, he will prepare the team for significant events such as the World Test Championship (WTC) Final and the Champions Trophy in 2025.
