Pakistan pace bowler Hasan Ali came into the limelight once again during the T20I match against Bangladesh at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. However, during the T20I game, he was seen doing something really awful after removing Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batsman Nurul Hasan. And, he has been reprimanded for violating the Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct.
The incident happened during the 17th over of Bangladesh’s innings in the first T20I on Friday where Hasan Ali gave an unfair send-off to Nurul Hasan after he was dismissed caught behind by Mohammad Rizwan. Meanwhile, the ICC officials didn’t take this inappropriate act well and the pacer was found to have violated Article 2.5 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel as well.

On the other hand, Bangladesh have lost the first T20I and eventually, players have been fined 20% of their match fee for their slow over-rate. Meanwhile, Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah has also confessed to the offences and accepted that as well. Level 1 violations carry a minimum penalty of an official reprimand, a maximum penalty of 50% of a player’s match fee, and one or two demerit points as well.
