Hasan Ali caused concern among players and fans after suffering a painful fall during the opening session of the second Test between the Bangladesh national cricket team and the Pakistan national cricket team on Day 1. The incident took place during the eighth over of Bangladesh’s innings when opener Tanzid Hasan Tamim mistimed a shot and produced a leading edge back towards the bowler.

Hasan Ali quickly reacted and dived to his right in an attempt to complete a return catch. However, the Pakistan pacer lost his balance during the effort and landed awkwardly on the pitch, striking the right side of his head heavily on the ground. Hasan immediately appeared in discomfort and was seen holding his head as medical staff rushed onto the field.
After receiving initial treatment from the Pakistan team physio, the fast bowler was stretchered off the field in worrying scenes. Fortunately for Pakistan, Hasan later returned to the ground and resumed bowling, easing fears of a serious injury.
