Former Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) batter Aakash Chopra has praised Daryl Mitchell for scoring a match-winning hundred in the second ODI against India. He also stated that the New Zealand batter should have his PAN and Aadhaar cards made, considering his stunning record against India.

In a video shared on his YouTube channel, ‘Aakash Chopra,’ he said, “Daryl Mitchell, what a player. He made his international debut at the age of 30, and he has not looked back. He likes India so much that you should get his PAN and Aadhaar made. Get his Aadhaar linked and open his bank account because he scored a century in the World Cup semi-final, a century in Dharamsala, a century in this match, and 80-plus runs in the last match. He hits a lot.”

However, Aakash Chopra praised Daryl Mitchell for dismantling the Indian spinners in Wednesday’s game as well.

“His specialty is that he plays spin well in two ways. He plays sweeps, paddle shots, uses his feet, and played very well off the back foot in this match. He totally dismissed the Indian spinners. The opposing team bowled 20 overs of spin between Jayden Lennox and Michael Bracewell, picked up two wickets, and conceded only 76 runs,” he said.

“Kuldeep Yadav alone conceded more runs than them in 10 overs. Mitchell got a life for sure, but Kuldeep Yadav was welcomed with a six and then a four. 14 runs in his first over and then he kept hitting.
