5. Pallavi Sharda
The other female anchor in this season’s IPL, Pallavi Sharda, is an actress by profession, while also being well versed in traditional Indian dance Bharatha Natyam.
She not only holds a bachelor’s degrees in Media and Communications but also Law. Adding to her academic credentials is a Diploma in Modern Languages.
Pallavi is Australian-Indian, born to Indian doctors settled in Australia and made her Bollywood debut with a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s blockbuster ‘My Name Is Khan’.
The 28-year-old has featured in a host of other Indian and Australian movies and will be entertaining the cricket fanatics this season while co-hosting the IPL with Rochelle Rao.
