Delhi sensationally defeated Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the dead rubber Delhi as their bowlers executed the plan well and kept some of the best T20 batsmen on their edge. The Nepalese leg-spinner bowled a miserly spell of four overs and conceded just 21 runs while picking the key wicket of Suresh Raina which dented the hopes of the visitors soon in the chase.

It is all about learning when you are young and Sandeep Lamichhane has been doing the same in his maiden IPL stint.  Soon after the game, Imran Tahir was seen talking to the youngster and gave him some important tips regarding the leg-spin bowling. It was heartening to see that an experienced South African cricketer was constantly in the ears of Sandeep and also looked after his bowling for some time.

Tahir even bowled a few deliveries in order to teach the rookie bowler and spent some crucial time with him. His suggestions will surely hold Lamichhane in good stead going forward. As far as his performance is concerned, he has picked 2 wickets in a couple of matches he has played and has conceded less than 6 runs per over. He will surely play the last league game for Delhi and would love to take away some happy memories from India.
