The second Test between India and Australia is currently taking place in Delhi where veteran India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja removed in-form Marnus Labuschagne in the morning session on Day 3. Notably, he was cleaned up by Ravindra Jadeja for the third time in four innings in the Border Gavaskar series as well.

It was the third time that Jadeja had got rid of the Australian batter in the ongoing series. Marnus was looking in decent touch and was looking to score freely in the middle. He looked shell-shocked after his dismissal as the ball was low. With this, the Australian batting order faced a mini-collapse as Matt Renshaw departed in the very next over as well.

Meanwhile, David Warner, who was having a lean patch got support from Usman Khawaja.

“I have to kind of disagree with what you’re saying. He hit two fours of Ashwin in the last game before he got out lbw, so he was showing some aggression. It’s never easy out there, especially starting out, even if you’re opening starting out there is never easy so I was lucky today. I got a couple (of fours) to get me going. Sometimes you don’t get that and it can be very hard. So yeah, three innings is not enough for me. There’s still a long way to go in this Test series. I’m looking forward to what may happen. Davey has been such a terrific player for such a long time. Every time his back is against the wall, he produces something so we’ll see,” Khawaja said.
