India has announced its squad for the highly anticipated five-Test series in Australia, set to begin on November 22. Notably, the team includes three uncapped players: Abhimanyu Easwaran, Harshit Rana, and Nitish Kumar Reddy, reflecting India’s approach of mixing experienced players with emerging talent.
The tour kicks off with a warm-up match against India A from November 15 to 17 in Perth, providing a valuable opportunity for new players to showcase their abilities ahead of the first Test. The competitive series begins with the opening Test at Perth Stadium from November 22 to 26. India then faces the Prime Minister’s XI in a tour game in Canberra on November 30 and December 1, a preparatory fixture that leads into the day-night Test in Adelaide from December 6 to 10.

The third Test will be hosted in Brisbane from December 14 to 18, followed by the iconic Boxing Day Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, starting on December 26. The series will conclude with the New Year’s Test in Sydney, scheduled from January 3.
