ICC has declared the updated T20I cricket ratings after the completion of the Tri-series that involved India, Australia, and England. The rankings also include the three-match series played between Sri Lanka and Pakistan women’s team and the five-match series between New Zealand and Windies women. Despite India not making into the final, a few Indian players improved their rankings.
Indian batting trio currently finds itself in the top-20 T20I batsmen list. Mithali Raj, Smriti Mandhana, and Harmanpreet Kaur are sitting pretty on the 6th, 7th and 8th ranks respectively. Apart from them no other Indian features in the top-20.

The bowling scene which was previously grimmer has improved after the performances in the recently concluded tri-series. Indian leg-spinner Poonam Yadav finds herself at the fifth position in the bowler’s rankings. Jhulan Goswami and Anuja Patil feature on the 15th and 17th ranks respectively.

India boasts of four representations in the all-rounder section of T20I rankings. Deepti Sharma is at number six while Jhulan Goswami (16th), Shikha Pandey (17th) and Harmanpreet Kaur (19th) feature in the list.
The top spot in the team rankings is taken by the Southern Stars – Australia women with a rating of 132. England women are a close second with a rating of 127. India meanwhile is at the fourth place with a rating of 113.

West Indian Stefanie Taylor enjoys the top spot in the T20I batting rankings. She is closely followed by Suzie Bates (NZ), Meg Lanning and Beth Mooney (AUS). Australian Megan Schutt is numero uno in the T20I bowling rankings, she picked up 9 wickets in the five tri-series matches. Leigh Kasperek (NZ) and Hayley Matthews (WI) are second and third respectively.
