Sunday, the 26 August 2018, was the Raksha Bandhan festival which Indian cricketers celebrated and shared on their social media accounts.

Raksha Bandhan is one of the popular yearly festivals in India when a girl or woman gives a cotton bracelet (calls rakhi) to a brother or someone she considers as one, who in turn treats her as a sister.

The present and former Indian cricketers celebrated this festival on their way and some of them have shared on their social media accounts. Here are some of those:

Legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar posted, “Memories will always be there forever and the bond of love always grows stronger and stronger. #HappyRakshaBandhan, Tai!”
