Rishabh Pant (Delhi Daredevils)
Though the 20-year-old Rishabh Pant was not the new face in this IPL season, he made an extraordinary impression with the bat in this season. The wicketkeeper-batsman looked more mature in this season as he won the emerging player award of this season.
The left-handed batsman was the second most runs scorer in this IPL season as he scored 684 runs in 14 games with 52.61 averages and 173.60 strike-rates. His highest knock in this season was 128* against Sunrisers Hyderabad (at Delhi on May 10) which was also the highest individual knock for a batsman in this season. Apart from that century, Pant also scored 5 half-centuries in this season.
