He was seen appearing on a talk show where he was asked about his favourite IPL team by former Indian captain Kapil Dev. Amitabh Bachchan clearly revealed that he is a huge fan of the Kolkata Knight Riders. He said that though he belongs to Mumbai he is a loyal fan of KKR as he has is the son in law of Kolkata too.

His son Abhisekh Bachchan too is seen to be an avid sports lover. He also owns two sports team, one in football league ISL and other Jaipur. His wife Aishwarya hails from Karnataka. But Big B cleared the air that his whole family is an ardent lover of the game and follows every match of IPL irrespective of which team they follow.
