Umesh Yadav (Royal Challengers Bangalore) – The RCB pacer was very dangerous in this IPL season with the new balls. Playing 14 matches in this season, the right-arm pacer grabbed a total of 20 wickets with the 20.90 averages and also had 7.86 economy rates. The Indian pacer seemed in good rhythm in this whole tournament.
Andrew Tye (Kings XI Punjab) – The 31-year-old Australian pacer was the highest wicket-taker in this season. The right-arm pacer took total 24 wickets with the 18.66 averages and had 8.00 economy rates too. Tye was very consistent on his line and length in this season as he took three times four-wicket hauls in this season.
Siddarth Kaul (Sunrisers Hyderabad) – The right-arm pacer was the joint second most wicket-taker in this IPL season as he got 21 wickets with 26.04 averages and also had 8.28 economy rates. He had an important role in the death-overs which he mostly did successfully.
