During the 55th match of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Delhi Daredevils (DD) and Mumbai Indians (MI) at Delhi, Mumbai Indians’ Evin Lewis hit a six on one delivery and got out on the next against Amit Mishra as the visitors lost their third wicket.
After Shreyas Iyer won the toss and chose to bat, Delhi Daredevils scored 164-4 in their allotted quota of 20 overs. After losing their openers cheaply in the powerplay, Rishabh Pant stood tall to score his eighth IPL half-century, rescuing his team from a spot of bother.
Opening the batting for Mumbai Indians, Lewis had played an impressive innings to steer his team in the chase. Just when he needed to be present in the middle and play a substantial innings, he got out.
On the penultimate delivery of the ninth over, Lewis top-edged Mishra’s googly which was pitched on the leg-stump. The ball went high in the air as well as covered the distance to give the batting team six runs. Watch the video:

On the following delivery, Mishra against bowled googly, this time in the right channel. Lewis stepped out to hit Mishra for another lofted shot. But, ended up missing the ball which was collected by wicket-keeper Pant, who also dislodged the bails in time. Watch the video:
