During the 23rd match of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Mumbai, Mumbai Indians’ Hardik Pandya took a good catch to dismiss Yusuf Pathan as the Sunrisers lost their last wicket at 118 in 18.4 overs.

Rohit Sharma, captain of Mumbai Indians, had won the toss and chose to field. The Indians fielded an unchanged playing eleven. On the other hand, the visitors made four changes to their playing eleven. Shikhar Dhawan, Mohammad Nabi, Sandeep Sharma and Basil Thampi were included in place of Ricky Bhui, Deepak Hooda, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Billy Stanlake.

Hardik Pandya took a good catch.

Sunrisers did not get off to the best of starts. Mitchell McClenaghan, who shared the new ball with Jasprit Bumrah, drew first blood for the Indians as he dismissed Shikhar Dhawan and Wriddhiman Saha in his first over. In the fifth over, Manish Pandey’s attempt to take on Hardik Pandya ended in him walking back to the pavilion.

Yusuf Pathan, who came in to bat at No. 6 in the sixth over, was the last Hyderabad wicket to fall. It happened on the fourth delivery of the penultimate over when Pathan hit a Mustafizur Rahman delivery to Hardik Pandya at midwicket. He ended up scoring 29 (33) with the help of two fours and a six.
