During the Eliminator of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) at Kolkata, Rajasthan Royals’ Jaydev Unadkat conceded 19 runs as both Dinesh Karthik and Andre Russell hit individual sixes.

Earlier Ajinkya Rahane, captain of Rajasthan Royals, had won the toss and chose to field. In a knock-out match, both the teams opted for not tinkering with their winning combination, fielding the same playing eleven.

Having lost early wickets, Kolkata Knight Riders were in a spot of bother in the powerplay. It was Karthik who played a captain’s knock to steer his team to a position from where they can perhaps defend the total.

Jaydev Unadkat was introduced into the attack in the last over of the powerplay. On the first delivery of his second over, the 17th of the innings, Karthik scooped the ball over the wicket-keeper’s head for a six. Watch the video:
