During the 32nd match of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Delhi Daredevils (DD) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) at Delhi, Rajasthan Royals’ Jaydev Unadkat got rid of two in-form opposition batsman in the same over to put a break to Daredevls’ first innings.

Ajinkya Rahane, captain of Rajasthan Royals, had won the toss and chose to field. Rajasthan had included D’Arcy Short and Shreyas Gopal into their playing eleven in place of Mahipal Lomror and Ish Sodhi. On the other hand, Delhi Daredevils made a solitary change, bringing back Shahbaz Nadeem in place of Rahul Tewatia.

Tripathi took a catch at the fence to dismiss Iyer off Unadkat.

It happened in the 15th over of the first innings when Unadkat put to curtain to both Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant’s innings. The duo had been belting the opposition bowling to all parks since then.

On the second delivery of Unadkat’s third over, the 15th of the innings, Pant mis-timed a shot to Jos Buttler, who threw the ball to the bowler’s end. The ball ricocheted off the stumps towards the boundary. Ben Stokes’ lame effort didn’t help as Daredevils got five runs from the ball.

On the third delivery, Iyer holed out to Rahul Tripathi at long off after he hit an Unadkat slower one straight to him. Pant hit the next ball of the over for a six over deep midwicket. In which was an apt revenge, Unadkat made sure that Pant repeated the shot on the last ball of the over, but this time the batsmen hit it straight to Stokes at deep midwkcet.
