During the seventh match of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians at Hyderabad, Kane Williamson, captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad, became the second Hyderabad batsman to get out against Decision Review System (DRS).

Sunrisers Hyderabad were set a target of 148 after they restricted Mumbai Indians to 147-8 in 20 overs. After going through an incredible powerplay, Sunrisers Hyderabad lost wickets at quick intervals. Having lost Wriddhiman Saha (22) after a review by Rohit Sharma, Williamson too was made to bite the dust after umpire Nandan did not rule him out.
