Slowly getting back in the form – Ben Stokes

Rajasthan Royals invested heavily in the English all-rounder in the IPL 2018 hoping to reap the benefits from the Player of Tournament of the 2017 edition. So far, the return has not been worthy of the investment but they are getting there slowly.

Stokes’ performance in the first match was very disappointing as he scored only 5 runs and did not take any wicket while bowling. In the second match against Delhi, he scored 16(12) batting at number three. In a match where RR amassed 217 runs, Stokes’ contribution was only 27(21). RR Team management will hope for a drastic improvement from the international superstar.
