Kolkata Knight Riders, after being written off for the season have astonished everyone as they sit pretty on the top of the points table with three wins under their belt from four matches. They now face the challenge of Kings XI Punjab who has been on fire this season, especially with the addition of Chris Gayle. The clash of two Bollywood owners will be interesting at the grand stadium of Eden Gardens.

Kolkata Knight Riders –
KKR has been brilliant in the season after their one defeat against Chennai Super Kings. In the last match against, Rajasthan Royals, they were on the top since the start and dominated the whole game. Chasing 161 to win also they coasted to the target.
Pick of the bowlers were spinners with Nitish Rana talking two wickets in his two overs. Piyush Chawl and Kuldeep Yadav had good games while Narine was punished. In batting, it was Robin Uthappa who led the way. Narine supported him well with Rana ending the match.
In the last match, KKR went unchanged and with another win under their belt, they are likely to go ahead with the same playing XI in this match too.

Kings XI Punjab
As Punjab takes the field the eyes will again be on the Universe Boss Chris Gayle. He slammed a quick 63 in the first match and in the last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad he notched up his 21st T20 century. The opener has taken the competition by storm once again.
In the last match, Gayle raked up 193/3 with able support from the other Punjabi batsmen. The bowling although was not extraordinary, it was good enough to defend the total. Andrew Tye came back in form with 2/23 in his spell.
For the last match Kings XI Punjab went unchanged. Without any real weak spot in the team, Punjab may field the unchanged XI for this match.
