On Friday night, hosts Delhi Daredevils (DD) claimed a big 55-run victory against the visiting team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at Feroz Shah Kotla (Delhi).

KKR captain Dinesh Karthik sent the hosts to bat first after winning the toss. With the help of a good start, the hosts DD managed to score 219/4 at the end of 20 overs. In reply, KKR top-order departed quickly as they were far away from the target. At the end of their innings, KKR scored 164/9 in 20 overs.
