Amit Mishra (RR)
The leggie has been the legend of IPL. He stands at the top of the wicket-taking tally in the IPL as a leg-spinner. before this season began he had 134 wickets in the IPL. The unique record which he owns is that of taking three hat-tricks in the IPL. This season, however, was not a happy one for Amit Mishra, at least at the start. He was carted by KL Rahul in his first over and was subsequently dropped from the team. He returned when Delhi played their first match at home. he went wicketless in the match but there was an easy catch dropped on his bowling.
Mishra returned to wicket-taking as he snapped up two crucial wickets against Kolkata Knight Riders. He picked up 2/23 in his four overs to end a successful night. Then in the match where CSK scored above 210, he only went for 30 runs with one wicket.
