Gayle’s Return

The maverick West Indian batsman has changed the course of the IPL over the years. The big-hitting batsman is responsible for raking up the highest score in T20 cricket and has the most runs in the format as well. In this season also Gayle has taken the distinction of the first century and has struck three consecutive 50+ scores.

When he had back issues in the last match against Delhi Daredevils, His team KXIP missed him sorely and could score only 143 runs batting first. Gayle’s return was crucial against SRH as he gave a good start. He is now fresh from his vacation in Kerala. MI should be wary.
