3. Surya Kumar Yadav (MI)

Before IPL 2018 began, there was a small T20 league conducted by the MCA where all the local Mumbai teams locked horns with each other. The tournament was dominated by the team captained by Surya Kumar Yadav. He played the captain’s knock in final as well and took his team over the line. He has carried the form in the IPL. So far in the seven matches, SKY has performed for his team in all the matches except one. He has scored 340 runs in the season at an average nearing 38 with the highest score being 72. His strike rate is around 130 which is something he needs to improve on. In the last game, reaping the fruits of his sublime form, ‘Man of the Match’ SKY played another stellar knock in this season of the IPL.
