Desperate to win Royal Challengers Bangalore now travel to the Rajiv Gandhi International stadium, to take on the home team Hyderabad. The two teams have not faced each other yet in the 2018 tournament. RCB lost their last match against Chennai while Sunrisers came out strong against Delhi Daredevils.
Venue:
Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad – Average first innings score 155
Dream Team Selection:
Wicketkeeper:
Amongst Parthiv Patel and Wriddhiman Saha, Patel is the better option. He will open the innings for RCB and will also keep the wickets. Saha has been in poor form.
Batsmen:
Again Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers are the obvious picks but they are costly too and will hit the budget hard. Kane Williamson will be a good choice from SRH. Other options to pick from are Mandeep Singh, Brendon McCullum, Shikhar Dhawan, Yusuf Pathan, Manish Pandey and Alex Hales (who batted brilliantly in the last match).
All-rounders:
The only option from this category is Shakib Al Hasan, no one else is in the playing XI.
Bowlers:
At home, Hyderabad has the best working bowling attack. Pick any and as many of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Rashid Khan, Siddarth Kaul and Sandeep Sharma. From RCB, Yuzvendra Chahal, Umesh Yadav and Tim Southee are the options to choose from.
