The next match of the 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is a bit unexpected one as both the teams have locked horns with each other on Sunday itself only the home team changes, Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) in Jaipur. While KXIP got the better of RR in their last fixture on Sunday as they were outplayed by the brilliance of KL Rahul who took his team home with 8 balls to spare. While Punjab registered the win at their home turf, Rajasthan will now be seeking revenge and will not leave any stone unturned to now win at their own den.

Apart from the revenge factor, there is no doubt about the fact that both the teams do have proven match-winners in their respective squads who can single-handedly take the game away from any opposition. Let us have a look at 5 such players from both the teams:

1. Chris Gayle (KXIP)

The maverick West Indian batsman has changed the course of the IPL over the years. The big-hitting batsman is responsible for raking up the highest score in T20 cricket and has the most runs in the format as well. In this season also Chris Gayle has taken the distinction of the first century and has struck four consecutive 50+ scores.

With one week rest, Gayle was back in the action against Mumbai Indians. He scored a fifty at the Holkar Stadium, but it was quite slow. Even in the last game, he scored 8 off 11 balls which were pretty low by his standards and now he will raring to perform in Jaipur against the same opposition.
