Rashid Khan

Afghani leg-spinner Rashid Khan started off the IPL in a quiet fashion. Next, he was bashed severely at the hands of Chris Gayle first and then Rayudu and Dhoni punished him. His bowling figures in those two matches were 1/49 and 1/55.

Taking heart from the performances, Rashid introspected and changes his length. He was back to usual best as he returned with the bowling figures of 2/11 and 3/19 in the next matches. His spell proved crucial in making Sunrisers win those two matches. In the last match against RCB, he was hit for 31 in his quota.
