Rajasthan Royals will now travel to the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai to take on their neighbors Mumbai Indians. Both the teams have won their last matches and will be high on confidence. More importantly, both the teams are in the mid-table scramble and every win or every loss counts highly for them. Here is how the dream team should look like.
Venue:
Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai – Average first innings score 164
Dream Team Selection:
Wicketkeeper:
Jos Buttler and Ishan Kishan both are great options in the Wicketkeeper section. Both are in tremendous hitting form. It is a tricky decision but Buttler would be a better choice considering the team balance.
Batsmen:
Surya Kumar Yadav is an obvious choice, he is been in an excellent form this season and is one of the frontrunners for the orange cap. Sanju Samson and Ajinkya Rahane are good options from Rajasthan while Evin Lewis can be picked from Mumbai. Another option is Rohit Sharma.
All-rounders:
Four very good all-rounder choices in this match. Ben Stokes, K.Gowtham, Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya. Hardik Pandya is a must pick. Krunal and Gowtham are preferred choices but Ben Stokes can come good any day. Ben Cutting is an option too.
Bowlers:
Bumrah as always is lethal in the end overs. Mayank Markande will be a good choice with his spin tricks at Wankhede. Jofra Archer is an obvious choice from Rajasthan Royals. Rest are struggling with the ball.
