The Last time they met

These two teams met the last time on 4th May and in the 34th match of the IPL. Punjab had a break of around eight days and was slated to play their first match at the adopted home ground at Indore. The result went against Punjab as Mumbai defeated them by 6 wickets.

Punjab batted first. Gayle’s fifty and Stoinis’ charge at the end took them to a reliable 174/6. Surya’s 57 at the top ad Krunal Pandya’s 31 from 12 balls took Mumbai home comfortably.
