Manish Pandey slow start
Though Manish Pandey played an impressive innings of unbeaten 62 runs off just 38 balls, his slow start is not negligible. Coming to bat in the 9th over of SRH innings, Pandey managed to score only 6 runs in his first 12 deliveries. The right-handed batsman hit his first boundary in this game on the 13th ball and since then he showcased a dominating batting performance till the end.
Skipper Kane Williamson and Pandey put an impressive 135-run partnership for the third wicket while both scored the big runs, but Pandey’s initial struggling efforts helped to grow up the required run rate around 15 which proved too much for them. At the initial stage, Pandey should focus on rotating the strike.
