The 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has reached its final super weekend and the second game this Saturday will be played between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Hyderabad. It will be a virtual do-or-die game for KKR as a loss here will demean their chances of qualifying for the playoffs of IPL 2018 as the result of the other matches as they are having six wins under their belt after first 13 matches.

Both the teams had a contrasting journey so far as SRH is standing at the top position at the table, while KKR is at the fourth in the IPL 2018 points table. The last time these two locked horns with each other, SRH had defeated KKR comfortably in a low-scoring encounter. However, there is no doubt about the fact that both the teams do have proven match-winners in their respective squads who can single-handedly take the game away from any opposition. Let us have a look at 5 such players from both the teams:

1. Dinesh Karthik (KKR)

In the game against KXIP, Dinesh Karthik raced his way to his fastest IPL half-century (off 22 balls). He entered the ground at No. 5 in the 12th over and on the second ball that he faced, Dinesh hit a four through the third-man region off Axar Patel. It was at this point in time that Karthik and Andre Russell stitched a 76-run partnership, which came off 31 balls and strengthened Knight Riders’ position further in the match. On the penultimate delivery of the penultimate over, with a single through point off Andre Russell, Karthik brought up his first half-century of the season.
