Table-toppers Sunrisers Hyderabad will face the challenge of the Kolkata Knight Riders team as they take on their neighbors at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad. Although SRH has qualified for playoffs, they will be itching to have a win under their belt after the embarrassing loss against Chennai Super Kings in the last match.  KKR has to win to keep the playoffs qualification in their own hands.

Manish Pandey – Back in form

The bowling strength has always been there for Sunrisers Hyderabad but their batting struggles have come to the fore whenever Dhawan and Williamson have failed. One batsman who had disappointed extremely this season was Manish Pandey. He came to the party in the last match.

In the first 12 matches that Manish batted, he had scored just 189 runs at a paltry average of 21. His strike rate was only 111, very bad for a T20 batsman. In the last match, he scored 62 runs from 38 balls with 7 fours and 2 sixes. His strike rate was 163!
