Bumrah’s death overs

In the last match against KXIP, the 17th over was handed to Bumrah. Kings XI Punjab required 42 runs from 24 balls and this over undoubtedly could have changed things around for both the teams.

On the first ball of the over, Aaron Finch skied a delivery which was taken brilliantly by Hardik Pandya, who came running in from deep mid-wicket. A set batsman in Finch getting out in that situation had opened the match for the hosts. On the penultimate delivery of the over, Marcus Stoinis was seen unanswered against a ferocious Bumrah bouncer which hit the glove of the batsman before landing into the hands of Ishan Kishan behind the wickets.

Delhi will have to deal with Bumrah’s menace.
