On Saturday, it’s again a ‘Double Dhamaka’ of the 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) as there are two matches and the first one will be played between the teams who have lost their first two matches of the season, Mumbai Indians (MI) and Delhi Daredevils (DD). While MI lost two close matches against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK), DD lost their first two games against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and Rajasthan Royals (RR). However, the third game becomes much more important for both the teams as they would now like to make a comeback in order to gain some early momentum. In both the teams there are some youngsters who can be a surprise package for the opposition, let us have a look at them.

Rahul Tewatia (DD)

Rahul Tewatia

Rahul Tewatia’s only claim to fame is a fabulous performance on his Kings XI Punjab debut against Kolkata Knight Riders in a do-or-die match last IPL season. However, this year in the opening game he wielded his willow effectively as he smashed just 9 in 7 balls. Nevertheless, Ricky Ponting, the new head coach, has a keen eye for talent, Tewatia could get more game time. He was good in the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 competition and gathered a lot of attention but the youngster can be a dependable match-winner for DD. If Ponting and Co and unearth his inner talent, Tewatia could be a major surprise package.
