But, what Jadeja’s celebration after the dismissal was pretty surprising. On the first ball of his pell which he started after the powerplay, Jadeja clean bowled the RCB skipper. He bowled an arm ball to which Kohli tried to play the dab towards short third-man. After Kohli missed the ball, there was no way which could have prevented it from hitting the stumps. Kohli ended up scoring 8 (11) with the help of one four.

Jadeja didn’t celebrate after dismissing Kohli despite the fact that it was the most prized wicket. It was the expression of Virat and Jaddu which said it all after the dismissal.

Jaddu finished the RCB innings with figures of 3/18 from his fours overs, and also didn’t celebrate after dismissing the wickets of Parthiv and Mandeep Singh.

And when asked about Kohli’s dismissal and the following reaction, he added, “It was my first ball and I was not ready to celebrate. Virat’s wicket is always a huge wicket, I was thinking I got a good wicket. Bhajji from the other end was also bowling very well, he took the important wicket of ABD. We bowled as a pair and that is required as a bowling unit.”

Jadeja was adjudged as man-of-the-match for his efforts with the ball, as CSK defeated RCB by 6 wickets.

During the post-match presentation, the all-rounder said, “It’s good to get MoM awards in a T20 game. Very happy with the way I bowled today. The wicket was a bit dry, the ball was holding a bit, I was looking to bowl in the right areas and not give them width. Bhajji also bowled very well, together, we tried not to give them too many runs. Overall, I am very happy, I finally took a few wickets, looking to do better and better in the coming games.”
