During the 55th match of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Delhi Daredevils (DD) and Mumbai Indians (MI) at Delhi, Delhi Daredevils’ Rishabh Pant hit hard against Hardik Pandya, scoring two sixes in his last over.

Earlier Shreyas Iyer, captain of Delhi Daredevils, had won the toss and chose to bat. Both the teams made a solitary change to their playing eleven. Delhi brought in Liam Plunkett in place of Avesh Khan. Whereas, Mumbai included Mustafizur Rahman for an injured Mitchell McClenaghan.

Pant, who had come in to bat at No. 4 in the fifth over, put on display a blazing innings which rescued Delhi Daredevils out from trouble. Hardik Pandya was introduced into the attack as the first-change bowler in the third over of the innings. Bowling his last over, he conceded 16 runs.

On the first delivery of the 16th over, Pant played an unorthodox reverse-pull which was timed well to the extent that it ended up being a six. Watch the video:
