SRH started their IPL 2018 campaign on a decent note by winning three consecutive games, but faltered a bit, losing a couple of games. However, they have now put aside the disturbance, returning to winning ways in their last three fixtures.

And in Sunday’s game as well, the Sunrisers bowling attack stood tall as they defended of low par total of 151 and in the process, registered a hat-trick of victories. Interestingly, ahead of the game, as a banter, SRH posted a stats between Bhuvaneshwar and RR skipper Ajinkya Rahane. The statistics were dominated by the bowler who had a record of dismissing Rahane 6 times while doling out 55% dot balls.

Retweeting the post, legendary spinner Shane Warne who led RR to victory in the inaugural IPL gave a rebuttal. Warne took on the challenge on behalf of the franchise, claiming that Bhuvi will go for a bashing when the teams meet at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium. He wrote, “Welcome to our fortress! FYI our Captain is in the mood to shake, bake & smash your man Bhuvi all over the pink city !”

However, the results came opposite to Warne’s prediction as Rajasthan failed to win the match and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar did not even feature in the lineup. The social media went berserk as the SRH fans didn’t want to miss the opportunity to roast their rival. The reactions which followed were nothing short of hilarious.
