During the 41st match of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Mumbai Indians (MI) at Kolkata, Kolkata Knight Riders’ Sunil Narine put an end to Ishan Kishan’s salvo of sixes as the Knight Riders made their way back into the match.
Dinesh Karthik , captain of Kolkata Knight Riders, had won the toss and chose to field. Kolkata Knight Riders had included Rinku Singh and Tom Curran into their playing eleven in place of Shubman Gill and Mitchell Johnson. On the other hand, Mumbai Indians fielded an unchanged playing eleven.

Kishan came in to bat at No. 4 in the 10th over. Within no time, he made the audiences forget that Rohit Sharma was batting at the other end. The left-hand wicket-keeper batsman dominated the opposition’s bowling to the extent that the hosts weren’t left with may options.
Sunil Narine was introduced into the attack in the fourth over. On the third delivery of the third over, the 15th of the innings, Kishan sat down on one knee to hit a monumental six over deep midwicket. On the following delivery, he tried a similar shot but ended up hitting the ball straight to Robin Uthappa deep square leg. He ended up scoring 62 (21) with the help of five fours and six sixes.
