The sixth week of the IPL 2018 was an extremely intense one for all the teams which still have not booked their place in the playoffs. Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kings XI Punjab are the teams in the mid-table scramble who are still not confirmed not in the top four. With the desperation for a win to qualify for the playoffs fueled teams and we were able to witness some great moments in the week. Here are five best of them.

Sandeep Lamichhane’s Maiden IPL Wicket, 45th Match, DD versus RCB

There was always a sense of awe of anticipation around the 17-year old leg spinner from Nepal, Sandeep Lamicchane. He became the first Nepalese player to play in the IPL as Delhi Daredevils included him for their match against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The bowler did not disappoint his captain and kept the batsman bamboozled with his variations. Even Virat Kohli had to be careful against him. Lamicchane soon trapped Parthiv Patel in front of the stumps and picked up his maiden IPL wicket.
