Jasprit Bumrah’s Exceptional Death Over, 50th Match, MI vs KXIP

During the 50th match of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) at Mumbai, Mumbai Indians’ Jasprit Bumrah bowled an exceptional double-wicket over which saw the opposition collapsing in the chase.

In which was the 17th over of the innings, it was Bumrah’s third of the night. Kings XI Punjab required 42 runs from 24 balls. On the first ball of the over, Aaron Finch skied a delivery which was taken brilliantly by Hardik Pandya,  he was out for 46 (35) with the help of three fours and a six.

On the penultimate delivery of the over, Marcus Stoinis was seen unanswered against a ferocious Bumrah bouncer which hit the glove of the batsman before landing into the hands of Ishan Kishan behind the wickets. Needless to say, Mumbai went on to win the match comfortably.
