Prithvi Shaw smashes his senior Mumbai Spearhead bowler, Match 32, DD vs RR

In which an 18-over a side match, Delhi Daredevils did not get off to the best of starts. Dhawal Kulkarni, who opened the bowling for the Royals, dismissed Colin Munro (0) in the first over itself. However, Kulkarni’s second over saw him conceding 16 runs as Shaw hit him for a couple of sixes and a four.

Prithvi Shaw started the over by flicking a leg-side delivery for a huge six over midwicket. A delivery later, he picked up length fairly quickly to hit another six through the long on region. On the penultimate delivery of the over, Shaw scored a boundary through the extra cover region. Delhi Daredevils went on to win the match.
