The Chennai Super Kings might not be possessing the best of the bowling line-ups in IPL 2019, still, they have managed to win all their game so far in the first week of the season. However, Imran Tahir had a major role to play in it. He has been quite consistent with the ball in all the three games as he currently donning the Purple Cap as well with six wickets in three games at an average of 8.67.

Yuzvendra Chahal (RCB) – 6 wickets
Yuzvendra Chahal finished as the joint-highest wicket-taker after the end of the first week. He has been the lone warrior for RCB in his season so far taking 6 wickets. Playing in RCB’s first home game at the Chinnaswamy, he picked up a four-wicket haul. Before that match, he was terrific on a rank turner in Chennai, where he gave away just 6 runs and picked up one wicket. In the game against the Sunrisers Hyderabad, Chahal conceded 44 runs and picked just one wicket. He will need support from the other end if the RCB are expecting to turn it around going forward.
