After a decent outing in the first three weeks, RCB skipper Virat Kohli has come up with a bang in the fourth week. His team played three matches this week. Despite having a couple of failures against MI and CSK, where he was dismissed by Jason Behrendroff and Deepak Chahar at the low scores of 8 and 9. His best knock of this season came against KKR where he amassed 100 runs off 58 deliveries. Yet, he remains one of the better batsmen of the fourth week.

Nitish Rana (KKR) 96 runs

Nitish Rana has become the x-factor for Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2019. He was always regarded to be talented but never managed to create as big an impact as he did in the fourth week of this season. In the game against RCB, he almost took the game away from the visitors along with the help of Andre Russell. Batting at five against RCB, he mustered an aggressive 85 from 46 balls in that game but failed to deliver in the game against SRH. He finished the week with 96 runs in 2 games at an average of 96.

MS Dhoni (CSK) (c & wk) 84 runs

MS Dhoni had a decent week with the bat and his captaincy has always been awesome.  However, this week he played just one game due to injury. He didn’t play the game against SRH as he was having a niggle in his back. Against RCB, he almost took CSK over the line with his brilliant knock of 48-ball 84. CSK needed 26 runs in the last over and he had smashed 24 runs as CSK lost by just one run.
